You are Lolz...You listed 9 Hybrid platforms, Merlin also needs the Rockets to add up its Dmg or its way underpowered. Cormorant is just lolz for fleet fights like hes talking about. Moa might be ok but almost never used in fleets and really not as good as Rax or Ruppy in Brawling mode. Eagle sucks. Osprey...Are you serious lolz you consider this a Legit Hybrid platform? Ferox outshined by Drake in everyway and almost all other Blaster BC`s or Lazer BC`s. Harpy is good and can be used well. Raptor sucks and is one of the worst Inty`s. Rohk your second good choice.
You listed 9 but only 7 are worthy of even being listed. and really only Rohk and Harpy should even be on a Fleet field.
You listed 8 Missle ships
Kessie is good gank but a throw away. Cara is best anti Frig Cruiser in game. Cerb is good anti support in small gangs, but missle lag is to much for 200k even 150k wont do it enemy will warp. Drake Best BC in game overall except large fleets. Raven great BS in pvp except fleets, best in PVE. Scorp best ECM BS period. Hawk is trash because rockets are and low grid. Crow not good because missles suck.
You missed Rook/Falcon best or second best in class FlyCatcher its this that would be in fleet not your t1 dessy. Onyx solid Hictor, and this would be in fleet.
So out of the hyridz you got Rohk/Harpy maybe sniper ferox...Maybe
With missles you have 9 solid choices...Think again, I wonder why he would say that cald is missle based...HMMM
To the other posters who say Cald hasnt given anythings up its not true and whoever is stupid enough to think they are fire and forget is really really stupid, Speed kills missles and most ships are way faster than our Expl Vel are thats a hint.
Missles have tracking basically also.
While I agree Missles have way to much flight time like Cruises etc I wouldnt want to give them an insta Dmg wep like this.
I think we should get Velocities doubled, this would still retain an advantage for long range fights while at the same time making Torp Ravens@ 25km have some chance of hitting before they melt.
Hell just to make our Torps hit we need a Target Painter, to hit anything BC thats moving we need 2 Painters and a web, Is that really fair along with Huge missle lag, I dont think so, do I want Insta Dmg no meet in the middle.
To the Raycaster guy...Its never gonna happen and if it ever does we could nerf them then.
TL DR Cald already suffers horrible tracking with Torps and needs web+Painter for EVEN BC`s, While paper DPS is good and EFT Tracking, its not the case at all, Cald ships only hit things 1 size bigger without Web/Painter thats ok but its to much ontop of the fact we have so much missle lag.
